Bunga Raya Resort has some stunning views and a beautiful beachfront location, which made for a picturesque stay. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable atmosphere. However, we were a bit disappointed with the service, as it felt inconsistent at times, and some of the dining options did not live up to expectations. Overall, the resort has great potential but could improve in several areas to match its price point.

While breakfast was fresh and tasty, some of the dinner options were overpriced and not as impressive as I had hoped, particularly the western-style dishes.

Our experience at the resort was incredibly relaxing, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, making our stay very comfortable. Although the dining options had room for improvement and the beach cleanliness was an issue early on, the friendly staff and serene location made it a worthwhile getaway. We enjoyed our time at the poolside and appreciated the generous inclusions in our room. Overall, it was a pleasant escape; just be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

However, initial impressions may be impacted by beach cleanliness, which fluctuates, and the dining options can be hit or miss. Overall, it's a tranquil getaway with a unique charm and great amenities.

The resort is beautifully located, but we did notice the beach condition was not ideal upon arrival due to debris. It improved later, but it was concerning at first. Overall, the setting among lush greenery was stunning.

The resort's facilities are great, with a lovely infinity pool and a spa offering a variety of treatments. The beach area and water sports center added to the fun, although beach cleanliness was an issue initially.

This resort is nothing short of stunning, with beautiful rooms, a magnificent pool, and exceptional customer service that left a lasting impression. While the dining options had their ups and downs, the proximity to nature and peaceful environment more than made up for it. The beachfront experience was marred a bit by some pollution, but the staff's dedication to cleanliness and guest satisfaction shone through.

This resort offers a unique experience with a beautiful setting that blends into the jungle, and the check-in process is seamless with a launch transfer from the mainland. The villas are compact yet comfortable, though those near the beach lose some privacy. The food and service are standout features, particularly the attentive staff and quality dining options. However, the issue of plastic pollution in the nearby beach area and inconsistent wellness activities detracts from an otherwise relaxing experience.
Rooms

We stayed in a Plunge Pool Villa that was compact yet well-designed, featuring a small plunge pool and lounging area. While lovely, the proximity to common areas meant less privacy than we anticipated.
Service

The service was fantastic throughout our stay. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, especially Eduardo at the Longhouse who went above and beyond for our dining experience.
Location

The resort is beautifully situated within a national park, surrounded by jungle. It's a peaceful getaway but note that the beach suffers from significant pollution, which can be disheartening.
Dining

Dining was a highlight, particularly the local food which was delicious and served with great care. The wine selection was extensive but occasionally limited in availability.
Facilities

Facilities included an impressive infinity pool, beach access, and a variety of activities. However, the options could be limited during inclement weather, and a lack of proactive engagement during such times was noted.
